What DMU Library and Learning Services can offer your school

Library and Learning Services (LLS) can provide visits to its library spaces from school pupils studying for A levels and for the EPQ.  These visits can provide school pupils with valuable experience of using an academic library and finding and evaluating the resources needed for their studies. Bespoke learning development taught workshops can also be provided.

You can find out more using the tabs at the top of the page:

  • Schools' visits  - the type of activities we can provide for schools
  • Using the Library - how to find information for your research
  • Free online resources - although most of our online resources are restricted. This page points you to the many sources of information which are freely available online
  • Referencing - links to guides and support to help you with referencing activities
  • Study skills - online resources to help you achieve success in your studies.

Travelling to the library

Library Services encourages all visitors to use public transport when coming to campus. Plans of the campus and directions for visitors can be found on the university web pages.
