Internet Explorer (IE) users may have to add problematic website addresses (URLs) to the browser's Compatibility View settings to ensure that the site loads correctly.
Go to Tools (this is the "Cog" icon in the upper right of the browser window) and select Compatibility View settings.
A pop-up text box will display. From here you can add a website address (URL) to a "safe" or "trusted" list of sites within the browser set up.
