Library Disability Services: Ask and Collect Service

Need help finding or collecting books, DVDs/CDs or pamphlets from our shelves?  

Library staff are usually available to help you get what you need - if you are in Kimberlin Library please ask for assistance. Our staff are recognisable by the green lanyards & ID badges they wear.

Alternatively, our Ask and Collect Service allows you to request items which will then be made available for you to pick-up from staff at the Help area on the Ground Floor of the Kimberlin Library.

If you want to look at non-loanable material (like print journals or slides for example) or simply want a selection of books to look at for the duration of your stay in the library, then please contact the Library Disability team: libdis@dmu.ac.uk.
